Thirsty can be soloed by a warrior with IWAY and other skills, but people charge 5k. Dunes on the other hand, the only soloer/runner I have seen was a mm, but that was before the nerf. Dunes is very beatable if you use henchman. I beat it when I used henchies and I was level 5. Good luck finding what you need.
